Common questions

How long does shipping take? Every item is printed fresh when you order, so there's a 2–4 day production window before it ships. After that, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location.

What sizes do you offer? T-shirts are available from XS to 3XL. Hats are one size fits most with an adjustable strap. Check the size guide on each product page before ordering — because items are made to order, we can't exchange for sizing mistakes.

Can I return or exchange my order? Because every item is printed on demand just for you, we don't accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection — so please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

That said, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a defect, we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund. No need to send anything back — just email us a photo within 30 days of delivery.

Is the art really hand-drawn? Every single design. Netherink was started by two brothers — one is a working tattoo artist who draws each piece by hand on paper before it becomes a product. No AI, no stock art, no templates. Just original dark art you can wear.

Do you do custom designs? Sometimes — it depends on what you have in mind. Send us a message at info@netherink.com and we'll let you know if it's something we can do.

What if my order gets lost in the mail? If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at info@netherink.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier. If it's confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement.
