Print-on-Demand — Made Just for You

Every item in our store is printed on demand specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues — please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

This is standard for custom-printed goods and is in line with EU consumer rights law (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU), which exempts personalized or made-to-order goods from the standard 14-day withdrawal right.

We Do Make It Right — Defects & Errors

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we'll fix it at no cost to you. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to return the item.

Wrong Item Received

If we sent you the wrong product, contact us and we'll sort it out immediately — replacement shipped at our expense.

  • Change of mind

  • Damage caused after delivery
