Welcome to Netherink. By placing an order or using our website at netherink.com, you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.

1. Who We Are

Netherink is an independent apparel brand based in Lithuania, selling hand-drawn, print-on-demand clothing and accessories. All designs are created by a working tattoo artist and printed on demand for each customer.

2. How Our Products Are Made

Every item is printed on demand — meaning it is produced specifically for you after you place your order. We do not hold pre-made stock. This is why:

• Production takes 3–7 business days before shipping

• Items cannot be returned for change of mind or sizing errors (please use our size guide before ordering)

• Each product may have slight variations in print placement or color tone compared to on-screen previews — this is normal for print-on-demand and not considered a defect

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is fulfilled — if a product was mispriced, we will contact you before proceeding

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email

• Payment is processed securely at checkout — we do not store your payment details

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner's facility after production is complete

• Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only — we are not liable for carrier delays

• Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier

• We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

5. Returns & Refunds

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

This is consistent with EU consumer rights law — Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU exempts personalized and made-to-order goods from the standard 14-day withdrawal right.

We do cover defects and errors. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, no return required.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs on Netherink are original works created by our tattoo artist and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or redistribute any design or image from our website without written permission.

Purchasing a product gives you the right to wear and use it personally — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork.

7. Discount Codes

• Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed

• Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

• We reserve the right to cancel orders where a code was used fraudulently or outside its stated terms

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Netherink's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under Lithuanian or EU law.

9. Privacy

We collect and process your personal data to fulfill orders and improve our service. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. EU customers retain all rights granted to them under applicable EU consumer protection legislation, which these terms do not override.

For disputes we cannot resolve directly, EU customers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
