When you place an order:

Name and surname
Delivery address
Email address
Phone number (if provided)
Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details

When you browse the site:

IP address, browser type, device type
Pages visited, time spent, referral source
Cookie data (see Section 5)

We collect only what is necessary to run our store and fulfill your orders.

2. Why We Process Your Data

We process your data to fulfill and ship your order, send order confirmations and updates, and handle returns, defects, or complaints — all on the legal basis of contract performance. We also process data to prevent fraud and abuse, and to improve our website through analytics, both of which are based on our legitimate interest. Where required by Lithuanian law, we process data to meet accounting and tax obligations.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Who We Share Your Data With

We share your data only where necessary:

Print fulfillment partner — your name and shipping address are passed to our fulfillment provider to produce and ship your order. They process data solely for this purpose.
Payment processor — payment is handled by our checkout provider. We do not store card details.
Website platform (Hostinger) — our site is hosted on Hostinger, which may collect standard server and analytics data.
Legal authorities — if required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your data to anyone.

4. International Data Transfers

Our fulfillment partner may process and ship orders from facilities outside the EU. Where this involves transferring your personal data outside the EU/EEA, it is done under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, in line with GDPR requirements.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to make the site function and to understand how visitors use it. Essential cookies are required for the site and checkout to work and do not require your consent. Analytics cookies help us understand site traffic and improve the experience — these are only set with your consent.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

Order and customer data is kept for 7 years in line with Lithuanian accounting law. Browsing and analytics data is retained for up to 26 months. Support and complaint correspondence is kept for 3 years after the matter is resolved. After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your Rights

As an EU resident, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, and request deletion where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. You can also restrict or object to processing, request your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we do not take your data lightly.
